Youth Membership is for children birth through 18 years of age.   Youth Membership fee is $150.00.

Membership includes a membership certificate, inclusion in the NSDOAF Youth Program, a digital Youth Newsletter and your ancestor's name is listed on our ancestors' page.  Approved members may purchase the Society's insignia through the NSDOAF store.

INSTRUCTIONS

Download the Membership Application and fill it out.  Please use black ink.  Scan your completed and signed applications and proofs, for each applicant, then email them to: NSDOAF@gmail.com.   

 

Next, proceed to pay the Youth Membership Fee by clicking on the youth Membership graphic below.  We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your applications.

Online Youth Membership fee $150.00 per youth, plus an online transaction fee of 3%  (total: 154.50).  Once youth members turn 18, they bridge over to Adult/life membership for $150.00.
