About this Scholarship:
Since its founding in 2019, the National Society Descendants of American Farmers have awarded over 124,000.00 in agriculture scholarships.

Scholarship is specific to higher education students majoring in an agricultural field of study

Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
-
A written essay is required (topic will be given)

A personal interview may be required

Students may reapply each year that they are in school

Deadline date to apply is May 31 1st for the Fall semester and October 31st for the Spring semester each year.

All applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. on the respective deadline date.

Funds are paid directly to the accredited institution and not to the individual
